How Our Network Works for Homeowners
Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local pest control or wildlife business, not Primarilybeast Pest Control. We do not list staff or profiles here because the people who visit your home work for the provider.
Our role is to make the first step simple. We take the basics of your problem and point you toward a provider that serves your area.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short conversation. Be ready to say:
- What you saw, such as droppings, wings, bites, chewed wiring or noises
- Where you saw it and when it started
- Whether you have pets, children or anyone with health concerns at home
- What you have already tried
The provider may offer an inspection and explain next steps. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions protect you. Try these:
- Are you licensed for this kind of work where I live?
- What exactly did you find, and where?
- What products or methods will you use, and are they safe around pets and kids?
- Is the quote in writing? What does it include?
- Is a follow-up visit part of the plan?
- For wildlife, how will animals be removed and entry points closed?
Do not agree to a treatment you do not understand. Do not skip the written quote.
You Are in Control
You choose whether to hire. You can compare quotes. You can say no and still keep the information you learned. Prices vary by job, home size and pest, so a written quote matters more than any rough range.
If you have sudden damage, some policies may cover it. Check your policy, and ask whether the provider can help document the damage for a claim.
